Why We Do What We Do
My journey in the food industry began at the young age of nine, inspired by my mother's passion for cooking. Ever since then, food has been my true calling, and I've always wanted to own and operate a food truck.
Around five years ago, I started discussing this venture, and it was during these conversations that my son Dylan, who had already immersed himself in the food industry since he was 15, joined in as well. With his experience as a lead cook by the age of 18, he was the perfect partner for this endeavor. We eagerly began brainstorming and developing delicious yet simple recipes to create an exciting menu for our food truck.
The Grilled Wrap officially hit the streets in the summer of 2020, becoming a family business with the involvement of my wife too. She's not only an essential part of our events but also manages all scheduling, marketing, and social media activities. With our shared passion for serving amazing food and our commitment to continuous growth, we take pride in offering our customers high-quality meals on-the-go at reasonable prices.
